Snowmobiling
French River and Killarney offers some of the best snowmobiling in North America. This area is the perfect destination for snowmobile enthusiasts and has an excellent trail system. For trail updates, visit www.ofsc.on.ca
Sliding
We've got mountains that are perfect for all kinds of snow sports, for the young and the young at heart! There's no better way to spend a few hours on a crisp winter day with family or friends, flying down the slopes!
Deer-watching
During the winter, you can get quite close to the many deer in our area. Don't forget your camera!
Cross-country skiing

Enjoy the magnificence of a winter wonderland by cross-country skis.
In Killarney Provincial Park, 20 kms of cross-country ski trails are tracked from the Park office. You can also ski and snowshoe well into untracked backcountry. Call ahead for snow and ice conditions.
Ice fishing
Ice fishing is an activity enjoyed by many avid fishermen. Within our many lakes and rivers, you will find perch, pike. and pickerel just to name a few.
